Today Genevieve turned 7 years old! We ate a turkey dinner & had a family birthday party. She promptly opened her presents and found a cupcake maker/decorating kit. She and her 19-year old brother made chocolate, microwave cupcakes and decorated them (yummy!). What a good sport. She has grown so close to her big brother in the last two months! She's very excited that he will be serving the Lord & the people of Brazil.....but very nervous that he's leaving for two-whole years (that's a long time when you're only 7 years old!).
Yesterday we went to the temple with Spencer Palmer. What a great day! Tina took some great photos - - see below.
Matt's team did not win this weekend. He's had a great basketball season; we've very proud of he & his team!
