We received our first letter from Grant today! He loves the MTC and is speaking Portuguese already! We gathered around and read the first letter with delight & admiration. Such a wonderful thing he's doing - serving our Heavenly Father for two years. It was great to hear from him!
We had a fabulous night at a reception hosted by the Oregon Rural Electric Cooperative Association. To all of our friends tonight - - - thank you for standing by us during this election. Your support, & love has meant the world to our family. We had a great opportunity to sit and visit with so many this evening....it was fantastic. A very special "thanks" to Jennifer Hudson & Cindy Finlayson....they did a great job organizing the event.
